Your first step
Starting is simpler than you think
- Get in touch. Call, email or use our contact form — whatever feels easiest.
- Meet for an assessment. A relaxed 60-minute conversation about what's going on and what you'd like to change.
- Be matched with your counsellor. We pair you with the team member best suited to you.
- Begin your sessions. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions, in person or online — for as long as you need.
Counselling that's within reach
Money should never be the reason you don't get help
We're a not-for-profit with a bursary fund that helps people who couldn't otherwise afford counselling. Sessions start from £35, and bursary support of up to £15 per session is available, when funds allow, if you need it.
Support the centre
Donate to the bursary fund
The bursary fund relies heavily on the donations we receive — the more donations we receive, the more people we are able to help.
You can also donate to the general running of the centre. Perhaps you have benefitted from New Dawn's support in the past and would like to contribute, or donate to the bursary to help others.

Our counsellors are registered with professional bodies such as BACP, UKCP and ACC, DBS-checked, and bring decades of combined experience. The centre itself is registered with the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC).
